JOINING THE COMMUNITY

Within the next ten minutes, you will receive an email with instructions to set your agile-thoughts account (user/email and password), which will give you access to the Member Zone/Area. There, you will find a welcome note, some navigation instructions, directions to access community events, and your first issue.

Just to start you will get:

– 12 monthly digital issues to enjoy your magazine from your computer and mobile device.

– Exclusive access to monthly community events (after you first month of subscription / two months after your subscription is active). You will have access after two months of your subscription.

– Exclusive access to a large annual conference  –under the current situation we cannot promise an in-person event, but we will have a great virtual event for sure.

– Bonus content and access to additional surprises as often as we can.

– A full-design especial edition with the best articles of the year –chosen by the community

We will use your information only to grant you access to our platform. Under no circumstance we share it or sell it. No person or company will use it to spam you.

No. We use only XXXXX, PayPal and Stripe to maintain your information secure and safe. Your financial information does not pass through our servers.

If those services are not present in your country, please ask one of your community friends located in other country to pay for your subscription. Once you get together at a conference or Agile event, you can reimburse them –or buy them a coffee!

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

One year.  To find your expiration date, log into your agile-thoughts account and click the “Profile” icon in the top right corner. You should see the option to ‘Edit Profile’. Once there, you will see your account expiration date at the top of the page.

When your subscription to agile-thoughts ends, your access to our services will cease. It includes the Member Zone, access through your computer and mobile devices, and access to community events.

Before the start of each renewal, you will be e-mailed a reminder notice summarizing the details of your subscription and the rate that you will be charged.

To cancel your membership, navigate to the Subscriptions section on your profile page/membership portal. From there, click the “Cancel” link at least one day before the expiration of your current membership. Once you cancel, your membership will not renew.

Given the small cost of the subscription, at this time we are unable to offer refunds.

On agile-thoughts.com, select “Sign In” at the top-right corner of your screen, then “Forgot password?”  If there is a New Yorker account associated with your e-mail address, we will send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.

We recommend to change your password periodically.  OR  Are we going to do it automatically, for instance every 3 months?

Please visit My Account to manage your agile-thoughts account information. You would be able to change or update your e-mail address, password and profile picture.

Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. If login information, PDF files or links to the community events are shared with or used by other people, we will immediately cancel your subscription and charge you with a number of subscriptions accordingly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Please check your junk email folder to ensure that the email from XXXXX@agile-thoughts.com was not filtered. If it is not there, make sure the payment went through –depending on your bank, transactions can take up to 48 hours. If everything is in order, please send us an email to XXXX@agile-thoughts.com with a subject line “Subscription troubleshoot – [your first and last name]”. Please include the best phone number to reach you (or WhatsApp if out of the USA).

You may have a duplicate account, in which case our staff would be happy to assist you. Please send us an email to XXXX@agile-thoughts.com with a subject line “Subscription troubleshoot – [your first and last name]”. Please include the best phone number to reach you (or WhatsApp if out of the USA).

Given the small cost of the subscription, at this time we are unable to offer refunds.

There are three possible explanations. 1) Your subscription may have expired –check the expiration date and renew your subscription.  2) You might have accessed the platform using an email account different from the one you use to subscribe.  3) You may not be signed in, which is often due to your browser’s cookies. Try opening your browser’s preferences (or settings) and deleting all the cookies related to agile-thoughts.com; then quit the browser, reopen it, and sign in again. Refreshing the page may also solve the problem.

To link your subscription, please visit xxxxxxxxxx. If you have trouble linking the two, we recommend signing in to Customer Care to confirm that your account number and mailing address are listed correctly.

When you sign in on, be sure to check the box that reads “Keep me signed in.” As long as your device have enabled abilities to remember sign-in information (cookies), the agile-thoughts web site will remember your account on that browser.

Similarly, if you click on an agile-thoughts link through an e-mail or advertising, and the article opens in a new browser window, you may need to sign in again. Once you have done so, you won’t have to sign in again in that window.
